Natalia Rice
Natalia Rice is a first year MPP candidate and a native of Buffalo, NY. She graduated summa cum laude from Syracuse University with a B.A. in English and Sociology.
Natalia came to the Ford School with a passion for studying public policy at the intersection of racial equity. She is committed to transcending performative change efforts to achieve transformative justice and antiracism at the macro-level. She is the Communications Chair for Students of Color in Public Policy and a graduate representative for the Ford School’s DEI coalition.
Natalia’s research interests include reparations policy, intersectional accessibility, and contemporary forms of racial segregation. She loves to read, paint, and aspires to have (at least) two dogs.
